My story

Meet Peter Perch! We don't know why Peter's owners surrendered him to Baldwin Park Shelter, but he was in desperate need of extra TLC. We scooped him up to become a Frosted Face on June 19th. Peter is 13 years old and weighs 8 pounds. He is a super friendly, cuddly pup. Don’t let his age fool you – Peter loves to play fetch with toy and will bring it back again and again! Here's what else we know about Peter: * Rides perfectly in the car. * Responds well to his name. * Loves snuggling up in soft blankets or pillows. * Is very gentle when taking treats. * Enjoys going for walks. Peter went on a Frosted Fling, so we could learn what he is like in a home setting. His Fling Mom reports: "If you want a best friend, snuggle bunny, cuddle partner, and baby doll, then Peter is the one for you! He sleeps through the night cuddled in the crook of my neck and then right up next to me with his arms wrapped around mine. It can't get any sweeter. Peter loves squeaky toys, burrowing into blankets, and mealtime. Peter is looking for a forever home and a lap of his own."
