My story
Cindy is a comical girl with her bright eyes and striking coloring. She can be unsure of new people and places at first, but quickly warms up. She's been learning that car rides aren't so scary and has done well in foster. Cindy quickly becomes what we jokingly call a stage-1 clinger! She loves to give hugs and perch on people's shoulders from behind.
