Gracie

My story

Gracie is a 2-year-old black and white Border Collie/Lab mix with a big personality and a bit of a diva streak. She’s full of energy, loves to run, and gets the zoomies often! Car rides are one of her favorite things—she rides like a pro and is always up for an adventure. Gracie is house-trained and always eager for attention and affection. She has previously lived with other dogs, so if you have a pup at home and are interested in adopting Gracie, we recommend setting up a meet and greet to ensure a good match. She does well around kids, and Gracie was previously in a home with cats as well! Gracie is ready to find her forever home—ideally one that appreciates her fun-loving spirit and diva charm! Since many of our adoptable dogs are in foster homes, appointments are highly recommended to ensure the animal you are interested in is currently at the shelter. Please call or e-mail the shelter to set up an appointment to meet and adopt! Our adoption fees include the following: all of our dogs/puppies are current on vaccinations (DHPP and Rabies if over 3 months of age) at the point of adoption, dewormed, heartworm tested and current on preventative, microchipped, treated for fleas/ticks and are spayed or neutered. Our large dog adoption fee is generally $175 + tax. Our small dog and puppy adoption fee is generally $275+ tax. Adoption fees may vary in special circumstances. Due to space limitations, we do not hold dogs. Because we are on a busy street, we require that all dogs leaving the shelter be in a carrier or on leash. All pets remain up for adoption until an approved application is processed and their adoption fee paid.
