What my friends at ACC say about me:My history is a mystery and my friends here do not know much about me yet!I would appreciate slow introductions to new people and places to help me feel safe.I would do best in a home without very tiny humans, although I could be open to older human children once I meet them.I love to be loved, but on my own terms! Let's brush up on some canine body language together!A volunteer writes: Her hobby is flopping for belly rubs, which is convenient because ours is giving belly rubs! Sasha is, in a word, dreamy. I think she spent 90% of her time with us upside down, and the 10% she was right side up she was simply planning a flop so dramatically cute that we'd race over to rub her belly. Whether melting like a noodle against our legs while we pet her or literally just walking up to us and flopping unsolicited, it was all so perfect.It's hard to put a dog so affectionate back in a kennel, and we are comforted knowing other volunteers have taken a few minutes to give Sasha a belly rub. But this beautiful young girl should be the center of someone's universe, receiving all the love and affection her heart desires.
