She may not be the life of the party — and honestly, that’s just fine with her. This quiet senior girl prefers a calm, cozy environment where she can relax, observe, and take things slow. At first, she can be shy with new people and in unfamiliar settings, but give her a little time and she’ll start to show her softer (and even playful!) side. Once she trusts you, you might catch her rolling over between pets or leaning in for some gentle neck scratches with the sweetest purrs. Her fur is incredibly soft, and she loves lounging in sunspots or sitting quietly by your side as you read or unwind. Lady Bug is an easygoing companion who enjoys being near her favorite person without needing constant attention. She’ll thrive in a quiet home with someone who is patient, cat-savvy, and understands the beauty of earning a shy cat’s trust. She also has high blood pressure and takes daily medication — which she accepts like a champ. It’s a small part of her routine and hasn’t stopped her from enjoying the little joys of life.
