My story
Meet Ruby! She's a 4-year-old, 75-pound hound mix with a big heart and an even bigger love for adventure. Ruby is housebroken, walks well on a leash, and absolutely lives for long strolls where she can sniff every corner of the yard. She’s gentle with kids, loves to cuddle on the couch, and will happily accept all the pets and peanut butter you have to offer. At the shelter and at the dog park, she’s done well around other dogs, but Ruby is really looking for a forever home where she can be the only pet. She’s got that classic hound prey drive, so a home without cats or chickens is best for this curious explorer. Ruby is sweet, smart, and ready for her next adventure, especially if it includes snacks, belly rubs, and a cozy couch to call her own.
