Genie

My story

Genie is a winsome, vocal dilute tortie lady who is the personification of sweetness, mixed with a healthy dose of “tortitude!” She may be described as a paradox: her small stature houses a powerhouse personality, while her friendly demeanor belies her independence. Genie loves to be petted and will seek out affection until she's had enough, then slink away. She will rub up against a hand but will also deliver an occasional soft “love bite.” She is playful and charming and loves all toys! She is outspoken about her disdain for other cats. She wants to be petted and spoken to but does not like to be picked up or carried around. Genie is a cat meant to share her life with a human who understands cats and will not be offended by an occasional display of feistiness. In return for such understanding, Genie will provide fun, play, affection and laughter. She surely deserves a home where her idiosyncrasies will be valued, with people who will love her for being herself.
