Little man Franklin is a bit reserved, but for the right person he could blossom into the sweet, loving baby we know he is. He has been known to drool when he is getting some really good pets and is very calm. He is an FIV+ cat, so that means he would need to be an indoor kitty only, and he is bonded to his buddy Lil Bear.
