My story

He might not wear a badge, but Ranger’s on patrol for treats and love! Since coming to the shelter as a stray, Ranger has been a gentle and sweet companion. He has been wiggly and friendly with volunteers and also has spent time with other dogs at the shelter. We are still getting to know Ranger more, but don’t let that stop you from coming to meet him yourself! Come to ACCT and meet him today! ACCT is open every day from 10am to 6pm. Videos: Behavior Notes: 6/24/25: Ranger pulled minimally coming out his kennel with a wiggling body and soft eyes. he was social with people and kids that passed by. he was super gentle and allowed all handling (gentle giant). he was great on leash and was dog social. at no point in time did he stop wagging and wiggling. 6/18/25 Playgroup notes: Very excited for greetings, semi-steerable, engaged in play, very playful, play bows, pushy, mounting Medical: ACCT Philly is located at 111 West Hunting Park Ave in Philadelphia.
