My story

Meet Mousey and Mimsie – two playful, sweet, and snuggly sisters ready to find their forever home together! At just 3 months old and weighing around 2.5 pounds each, these girls may be small in size, but they’re bursting with personality. Mousey is a gorgeous calico with a gentle heart. She’s a little shy at first, but she quickly gains confidence by following her brave and curious sister, Mimsie. Once Mousey warms up, she absolutely loves people – and snuggles! Mimsie, mostly white with adorable calico spots, is the outgoing leader of the duo. She’s adventurous, affectionate, and always up for a game of chase or a good cuddle session. These sisters spend hours wrestling, chasing toys, and then collapsing into a cozy pile for naps. They’re great with other cats, and while Mousey is initially nervous around dogs, she’s open to becoming friends with a slow and gentle introduction. They would do fine in a home with children who are respectful of cat body language and can give them time to get comfortable. We think Mimsie in particular would love to play with children! If you're looking to add two loving, playful kittens to your family who will keep you entertained and melt your heart, Mousey and Mimsie are your girls. Up to date on vaccines, FeLV / FIV negative, and microchipped. Mousey and Mimsie are scheduled to be spayed and vaccinated for rabies on June 26th at the ASPCA in Long Island City. Should they be adopted before this date their adopters will be responsible for bringing them to and from this appointment.
