Dulce

My story

Dulce’s a 3yo 12lb Mini Poodle/Wheaten Terrier/Min Pin mix. She’s dog, cat and kid friendly. She’s housebroken when kept on a schedule, pee pad and crate trained. She’s good in a secure fenced in yard and/or going for harness leashed walks. She needs warm up time for new people and dogs, but when she does, she’s very affectionate and cuddly. She’s curious, playful, likes to play with toys and run around her foster fenced in yard. Dulce’s foster requires a home when someone is home often, so not to be left for long periods of time, along with patient, calm, confident people to give her leadership, consistency, structure and to continue working on training. If your home DOES NOT meet these requirement’s please DO NOT put an application in. We will not call anyone whose home does not meet the needed requirements. Also, we will be concentrating on local to foster applications 1st since home checks and meets with all humans and animals in home is needed at meet. Our fosters are all volunteers so aren’t always able to travel too far. Dulce as all dogs should have 2 weeks in their new home with just their people who live in the home and to not have people over for at least 2 weeks. Dogs need time to settle in and adjust to their new people and environment first so they can learn to trust them first. Dulce’s spayed, vaccinated, HW negative and microchipped.
