My story

       Age 3        Weight 17 lbs        Adoption donation $799 Sweet China is a very loving and affectionate girl who just wants to cuddle! She and her sister were rescued from a home in rural Mississippi after their owners could no longer take care of them. China bonds very quickly to her person, she is super easy, house trained, just an awesome cuddly companion.   We are looking for a home for China with someone who is around a lot, she’s fine with other dogs, but really just wants to be on someone’s lap!           Wags, a licensed 501(c)(3), is struggling financially, the woman who runs the rescue takes care of close to 150 dogs entirely on her own! Adoption donations are the only source of funding for the rescue. Adoption fee includes the transport from Mississippi, vaccines, microchip and spay and neuter. Most of our dogs are in Mississippi and come up by Transport, dogs are listed along the Transport route or in an area where we may have volunteers who can help transport the dogs. We do have some of our dogs in foster homes in the northeast, we always need foster homes!
