My story

Meet Quota!   This boy came to us from SCRAPS after undergoing several weeks of crate rest. He's continuing to heal so he's going to be on crate rest until 07/04/2025. He had a leg fracture on his right forelimb, and nearly faced amputation. The team at SCRAPS worked hard to save his leg and it seems to be a success so far. There is always the chance of failure which could lead to amputation becoming necessary.   Quota has an estimated birthdate of 02/09/2022. He's a medium to large adult dog and weighs approximately 60lbs. Quota does well in his kennel and has had no potty accidents on his way out to the yard. His leash manners could use work, as he pulls fairly hard. He also has displayed high prey drive, and will fixate on or chase small animals outside including cats and squirrels. He redirects somewhat quickly though.   Quota does very well with other dogs, and we think he would also do well with children as he's a total lover! He has the sweetest personality, and really enjoys being right next to his people. Due to his reaction to the cats in his foster home, we believe he would do best in a home with no cats or small animals.   Quota's adoption fee is $200.
