My story

Meet Chato, an adorable 4-year-old, 25-pound Chihuahua/Pug mix who is ready to find his forever home! While he can be a bit shy and standoffish when meeting new friends, it doesn't take long for his sweet, affectionate personality to shine through.   Personality & Highlights * Great with Pets: Gets along with both dogs and cats. (Behavior around children is currently unknown.) Note: Chato likes to play with cats more than other dogs.   * Fully Vetted: Neutered and up-to-date on all vaccinations and microchipped.   * Travel & Leash Ready: Walks well on a leash and is an excellent, calm passenger in vehicles.   * Doggie-door trained and enjoys exploring the backyard. Chato will need some guidance and patients while he learns the rules in his new home.   * Playful & Relaxed: Loves playing fetch with his favorite toy (and throwing his toy around on his own too!), lounging on the sofa (with or without his human), and will even happily stretch out on the yoga mat beside you during a home workout!   Chato offers the perfect balance of gentle independence and affectionate companionship. ##2422789##
