My story
Carmen is a 10 year old neutered male shih tzu who weighs 11.4 pounds. He was rescued as part of a humane case and felony charges have been filed. They were rescued and on the brink of death, weighing half of their current weight, starved, neglected and forced to live in unlivable conditions. Despite everything, these are some of the happiest dogs that you will ever meet and they hold no grudges. At his foster home, he has been a very good house guest. Carmen goes in the crate on command, seems to be potty trained and loves running around chasing the ball. He has tested well with other dogs, loves to lounge on the couch and he walks very well on the leash. We have promised him that he will never want for anything and will be spoiled rotten.
