My story

Reese is a very sweet girl who loves to play. She spends her days wrestling toys in the office while her foster mom works, and often takes a break to nap with her head on the desk! She alternates between play and snuggling all day, and seems delighted with all toys you give her. While we don’t know what her life was like before, it’s clear that she becomes very nervous in new situations. Living in a quiet space with a feline calming diffuser has done wonders for this lady and all sass has virtually disappeared. She is curious about other cats but still nervous and a little defensive. We have been working on very slow introductions (just a quick sniff or two while she’s safe in our arms) and she has been doing well. Reese will do well in a forever home with experienced owners that are patient and give her time to adjust to her new surroundings and gain trust in her new family. She may get along with a calmer, friendly cat but would likely not do well with multiple other cats given her nervousness. Reese has very cute little trill responses when you talk to her. Almost like she’s speaking back to you! It’s really adorable. She also uses the littler box well and is accustomed to having her nails trimmed. Reese Greenway is 7-8 months old and is spayed, FeLV and FIV negative, current on shots, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped, and litter box trained. She is affectionate, cuddly, curious, and playful. Adoption fee: $125 (plus tax)

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Reese Greenway, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
