My story

Who doesn`t love a Sandwich! Meet Sandwich! This little 4 month old boy has the biggest personality. This kitten may be small, but he’s packed with energy, curiosity, and just the right amount of sass. Whether he’s tumbling through his latest adventure or pouncing on unsuspecting toys with the precision of a tiny tiger, Sandwich is always on a mission to explore, play, and—of course—charm his way into every heart.Eyes full of wonder, Sandwich is the perfect mix of wide-eyed innocence and budding mischief. He’s a champion in kitten gymnastics, an expert napper in the warmest possible spots, and a firm believer that every shoelace is fair game. If there’s something new to investigate, be it a new place, cat, dog or person, Sandwich is fearless. If you`re looking for a curious kit to join the family, Sandwich would be the perfect fit. Though he’s still growing into his whiskers, Sandwich already knows the most important things in life—snuggles, snacks, and surprise pounces. Whether he’s curled up in the crook of an arm or darting through the house like a tiny bolt of lightning, he’s guaranteed to make every day brighter. A little fluffball with a whole lot of heart, Sandwich is ready to steal the spotlight (and maybe a few treats along the way).Walk-ins are available from Tuesday to Friday from 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM. For information regarding the adoption process please visit our website or read the information below THANK YOU.ADOPTION PROCESS: If you are interested in adopting from Second ChanceSPCA, please come during open hours. Adopters will visit with an adoption counselor and complete a short application. Adopters must live within the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and be at least 21 years old. Renters must provide proof of pet deposit and/or written permission by landlord to have a pet.ADOPTION FEES: Includes spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, fecal, and heartworm test (dogs) or FeLV/FIV test (cats). All cats and dogs are current on heartworm and flea preventative. $275 for puppies under 6 months of age and $225 for dogs older than 6 months. $175 for kittens under 6 months of age and $150 for cats older than 6 months.
