My story

Meet Tryllis McGee! Tryllis McGee came to CCHS when she was found as a stray in the Granton area. She is a very pretty girl with a short-haired Gray Tabby coat with lots of white accents. She's about 10 months old (DOB 7/19/24) and weighs 6.0#. She has big bright golden eyes that look a bit like a lemur! Tryllis McGee loves to sit by the windows and watch the birds, as you can see in her pictures. She will ever chatter and chirp at them. Tryllis McGee would prefer to be the only pet in her new home. She's got a bit of a feisty side, and she just isn't too fond on the other cats at the Shelter. She is happiest when they keep their distance. She does like attention and being petted. She is just hoping to find somebody with enough love and patience to see past her bravado to the good kitty underneath. She would really love to find a new home where she can be the queen! Applications are not first come, first served. All applications will be reviewed by the adoption committee and the home chosen will be the one considered to be the best match. All cats and kittens have been vaccinated for Distemper, dewormed and microchipped. If old enough, they will also be vaccinated for Rabies and blood tested for FeLV/FIV. Cats and kittens will be spayed or neutered before adoption.CCHS is proud to be a No-Kill Humane Society. As a private, non-profit charity, our work depends on donations and volunteers to keep going.
