***LOCAL ADOPTER NEEDED (within 50 miles of Apex, NC) as this dog still needs to complete her heartworm treatment at our partner vet in Apex!*** Looking for a goofy, lovable young Lab mix to brighten your days? Sunday’s your girl! At about 3 years old, she’s past the chaos of early puppyhood but still packed with plenty of playful energy and that classic Lab zest for life. Sunday has officially left her “mom life” behind — those puppies found homes long ago — and she’s living her best single-gal era. She’s soaking up every belly rub, walk, and squeaky toy that comes her way with a big, joyful grin. She’s the perfect blend of sweetness, smarts, and sass. Whether it’s morning jogs, weekend hikes, or a game of backyard fetch, Sunday is always up for an adventure. When the fun winds down, she’s also a fan of porch sittin’ and people-watching like the proper Southern lady she is. Sunday loves kids and other dogs, and while she’s still undecided about cats (they’re so chaseable), she’s learning her house manners more every day. She’s crate trained, potty trained, recently spayed and already knows her basics — sit, down, shake, drop it, and stay — but she’s still perfecting things like not chewing shoes and using her inside voice. With treats and praise, she’s a quick learner and always eager to please. At heart, she’s equal parts cuddle bug and adventure buddy — and if you let her snooze on your bed?
