My story

DOB 05-Jan-2025 Ink is being fostered at one of Toronto Cat Rescue’s pet store partner locations. Please note that if you’re approved to adopt, you’ll need to pick them up from the store within 24 hours of being approved. Ink is the kind of kitten that makes you wonder how you ever lived without him. Playful, gentle, and endlessly affectionate, this confident little explorer has a big heart packed into a tiny 3.4-pound body. Whether he's chasing bouncy balls, climbing tall cat trees, or discovering every nook of his environment, Ink does everything with curiosity and charm. A true social butterfly, Ink gets along beautifully with other cats and has quickly won over the hearts of the six adult cats in his foster home. He enjoys both rowdy play sessions and cozy cuddle time, often switching seamlessly between the two. But what really sets Ink apart is how much he loves being with his people. He's a velcro kitten in the best possible way—always nearby and always involved. Cooking dinner? He’s helping. Reading a book? He’s curled up beside you. On a Zoom call? Ink is ready to co-host. And if he ever finds himself alone, he’ll call out with the tiniest, most heart-melting meows until he’s back by your side. Because he thrives on companionship, Ink would do best in a home where the humans are often around or where he has a friendly resident cat (or two!) to keep him company. While he hasn’t been tested with dogs or kids, his confident and loving nature suggests he’d adapt well with proper introductions. If you’re looking for a kitten who will be your shadow, your playmate, your cuddle buddy, and your biggest fan—Ink might just be your perfect match.
