Apply for cats at www.carmah.org All cats are first come first serve; sorry, we cannot reserve cats.  Burton is a stunning white long-haired gentleman with a heart as sweet as his luxurious fur is soft. This beautiful boy is full of charm and has a gentle, affectionate nature that will win you over in no time. He’s not a fan of being picked up, but don’t let that fool you—Burton loves attention on his own terms. He’ll happily rub against your legs, purr up a storm, and lean into gentle pets. His love language is definitely “ground-level affection.” An adventurous spirit, Burton enjoys exploring his surroundings and rolling around on anything soft or interesting—blankets, rugs, catnip toys—you name it! Watching him enjoy his environment is a delight all on its own. Burton might do well with other calm cats, given a slow and proper introduction. He appreciates his space but seems open to making feline friends with a little patience. If you're looking for a sweet, independent companion who brings beauty, personality, and joy into your home, Burton might just be your perfect match.
