Side by side they came — two kindred hearts on a shared journey — arriving at the gates of the Richland County Shelter on May 28th, 2025, their paws dusty from the road, but their spirits unbroken. Keiko, with a coat as radiant as dawn and a grin that could melt the frostiest morning, is known as the bringer of joy. Her favorite treasures? Hot dogs (naturally), squeaky toys, and your undivided attention. She’ll wag her way into your life with playfulness, affection, and just a hint of mischief. Though her tale began as a stray, her story is destined for a happy ending — in a warm home filled with laughter and love. Keiko is as sweet as honey, as loyal as a shadow, and as bright as the northern star. 💫 Moral of the story?
