My story

Adoptable in: MA, RI, NH, CT, and VTGood with dogs: YesGood with cats: YesGood with kids: Yes, dog-savvy childrenCrate trained: YesHouse Trained: YesMally is a sweet, easygoing pup who’s loving life outside the shelter for the first time. After spending most of her life in a kennel, she’s soaking in all the new sights, smells, and adventures. She’s a medium-energy girl who enjoys daily walks and play sessions with her sibling, but also settles down well to relax afterward. Mally would thrive with a family excited to continue her training and set her up for success with some structure.Mally gets along well with other dogs and enjoys playful wrestling matches with her brother. She’s been fostered with a cat and politely ignores her feline roommate. Mally is friendly when approached and would likely do well with respectful, dog-savvy kids who allow her to take in the world at her pace. She’s a big fan of stuffed toys, chew bones, and any chance to run through tall grass and take in new smells. This clever girl already knows “sit,” “lay down,” and “place.” Mally walks beautifully on leash, enjoying two long walks daily. She’s crated when her foster is out of the house and sleeps quietly through the night. Mally is house-trained and taken out regularly during the day to keep up her routine. As she continues to adjust to life in a home, she’ll benefit from continued consistency and gentle structure.Mally has a gentle spirit and a playful heart that make her the perfect mix of fun and snuggly. She’s ready to continue her journey with a family who will give her the love and adventures she’s always deserved. Could she be the one you’ve been waiting for? Please Note: All dogs are posted on our website until they are officially adopted. This dog may have other interested adopters in line.
