My story

Ms. Carnaval wasn't sure what to wear to this week's festivities, but she chose white in order to match with any other colors she might choose! This pretty, chonky white chihuahua has a heart-melting grin that you can't help but smile back. Her white coat sets her apart from other chihuahuas, along with that gorgeous smile and a pudgy little tummy just begging for belly rubs. Ms. Carnaval likes a good jaunt out in the sun, but she's equally happy to curl up in your lap for a good snuggle! She also gets along very well with other dogs, and humans of course! This sweet girl's exuberance and joyful attitude make her the life of any party, and she's hoping that she might be the life of yours. Won't you stop by and meet her today? Here's some notes from her foster: Carnival is the cuddliest sweetest girl. She has been such a joy to have in our house. She has a lot of personality, a sassy waddle and loves to be near her humans as much as possible. She wakes up in the morning so excited to see us and makes sure to say hi to everyone in the house. She is house trained, but uses the pee pad next to the front door from time to time. She will go to the pee pad to alert you if she needs to go out outside. She has good leash manners, can do short walks before getting tired, and has been calm during car rides. She prefers beef flavored dog food and treats. I think she had a lot of human food in her previously life, but is settling for beef dog food and treats. We have been working on alone time training since she doesn’t seem used to or like being left alone for long. She sometimes gets scared and barks at people walking by the windows, but we are also working on counter conditioning. She has been a calm and polite houseguest when visiting neighbors. Carnival really is the most cuddly little dog and would be such a good companion for someone, especially with her fun and spunky personality.
