Snickers - In Foster

My story

Meet Snickers. She is a 3 year old hound cross rescued from a hoarding/starvation situation. She is very timid but once she knows you - you are her best friend.  She is very sweet and loving. This is what the current foster mom says about Snickers: “Snickers is great with my three cats and I can even have my chickens free ranging around her.  She is a counter surfer and will go for any food morsel. She is afraid of new people and situations. It took about three days for her to relax. I really don't know how she is with kids.  My guess is it would be like all people -- she is scared to death at first.  She is skittish of everything.  Very afraid of strange dogs, particularly if they bark.  She gets along with my two dogs and wasn't very intimidated by them even in the beginning but they are everyone's friends.  My neighbors have four little kids and she doesn't seem any more afraid of them than any adult that walks by.  I am expecting family and two more dogs to visit in the next few days so will see how that goes with her.”   Are you ready to show and give Snickers all the love and attention she deserves?
