My story

Ophelia is a patchwork princess, a calico kitten with a coat like a little masterpiece—splashes of orange, black, and white all perfectly tumbled together. She’s full of curious charm, often tumbling after toys or chasing her siblings in dizzy delight. Ophelia has a flair for the dramatic, mewing at you if the food bowl looks close to empty. She’s equal parts sass and snuggles, mischief and melody, always ready to pounce, play, and then curl up like a cinnamon roll for a nap. With Ophelia around, every day feels like a cozy little adventure wrapped in purrs and pitter-pattering paws. Read below for more information.All our cats are fostered in Texas but available for transport out of state. Our cats are transported to a predetermined location agreed upon by the rescue. The adoption contract and fee are finalized prior to transport. As Mutts N Such direct adoption, the adoption interview/meet and greet occurs on video call (Skype, FB Messenger call, Facetime, etc).Our out of state adoption fee is $250 plus transport fee (varies by location). This fee includes age appropriate, vaccinations, registered microchip, testing for FIV and FELV, and a fecal analysis. Cats will be spayed/neutered if over 6 months of age. Cats will also be current on prevention. A health exam will be completed, and a certificate will be issued by a veterinarian within 10 days of departure.Note: MNS reserves the right to deny any application that is deemed unsuitable for the animal.
