** $15 in pledges for the rescue that pulls ** Meet Alex ACCT-A-221709! Alex is a 4-year-old male who came in as an owner surrender due to the owners health on 5/31. Medical Notes: Per an exam on 6/2: “Brief visual assessment of skin only, full exam not performed. Severe moist dermatitis from caudoventral abdomen down medial aspects of thighs down to level of metatarsals. Cat is very pruritic and licking/chewing at skin. Also has some mild scabbing around head. Assessment Suspected severe allergic skin disease - r/o food allergy vs atopy vs combination vs other; less likely feline ventral wall angioblastoma based on dissemination of skin lesions. Per owner: “Playful, friendly, medium energy, sever allergies, vocal, climber, doesn’t sit still for flea treatments but can be cuddled and distracted.” ACCT Philly is located at 111 West Hunting Park Ave in Philadelphia.
