My story
Meet Dixie – a just turned 5 year-old German Shepherd Corso mix with a heart of gold. After my dad died, we couldn't just abandon her so we decided to take her in. She’s healthy and had a year of professional dog training. Dixie likes some dogs and other dogs not so much. Dixie is wonderful with our male dog but struggles with our female. We have tried everything to make it work. She loves walks, chasing lizards, car rides, camping, going to the park & snuggling. She truly is an amazing, sensitive and smart dog who needs a loving home, preferably, without other dominant dogs. She's already been through so much. PLEASE—she deserves a home and not a shelter. She would make a very loyal companion. Dixie's number one goal in life is to make you happy. Just meet her and you will see for yourself.
