My story
Choo Choo LOVES being around people, though she would rather be next to you, following you around, or rubbing against you than actually being carried. She gives lots of face bumps, nose bumps, and head bumps and really likes having her eyes within a few inches of yours. She would be comfortable in a home with other cats. She will eat dry food, but feeding her wet food will make her your buddy for life.For current adoption fees, please see our website, www.metrodetroitanimals.org. Adoption fee includes: age-appropriate vaccinations, spay or neuter, microchip, ID tag, fecal / worming, basic physical and behavior assessment. Dogs (6 months and older) receive an occult heartworm test. For an additional $20, cats (12 weeks and older) can be tested for FIV (feline immunodeficiency virus) / FLV (feline leukemia).
