Lola Loomis

My story

Meet Lola Loomis! Lola was entrusted to our care through the Final Wish Program after her mom moved into a memory care facility. Lola is 10 years old and weighs 12 lbs. Lola has spent her entire life with her mom and is accustomed to living with others pets. She did well with the cats and dogs in the home. Lola arrived at FFF on May 30th. She is very sweet and earns great reviews from our volunteers for walking nicely on leash and being a fun hiking buddy. When Lola needed a break at the end of our weekly group hike, she happily accepted a ride in a sling. Lola is currently on a two-week Frosted Fling, so we can learn more about her in a home environment. Her Fling Mom shared this great update: "This sweet little girl is getting more comfy! Lola loves cuddling and walks (and sharing the stroller nicely when she gets tired), is potty trained, good eater, good in the car, independent, SO SWEET—her big kind eyes and gentle soul…Lola is a catch! She sleeps through the night, can be left alone for several hours (just finds her bed and curls up), walks well on leash, gives the sweetest little kisses and literally does not stop wagging her little tail."
