My story

Meet Hemi! Hemi is a male Domestic short haired kitten who is approx. 4-5 months old. he was discovered inside of a car engine on 05/29/25. No chip. No collar. He does have a few bumps and bruises, and his little toe beans are a little raw from being stuck in the engine but otherwise appears fine. He is a vocal boy and will tell you all about his little adventure. He will be available for adoption in a few days once we can evaluate his injuries more thoroughly. His adoption fee will be $75. He is neutered, microchipped, current on my rabies vaccination and boosters to date.  All animals, unless otherwise noted in their description, are at 1825 Airport Rd. in Rockwall, TX. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9 am to 6 pm and Saturdays 9 am to 5 pm. For questions, please call 972-771-7750 ext. 2 or email info@RockwallAdoptions.com. IMPORTANT NOTICE: All shelter animals are required by Texas state law to be spayed/neutered. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption.
