My story

Meet Charlotte – A Smart, Spunky Shadow With a Heart of Gold Hi! I’m Charlotte, a sweet and spirited puppy with a huge personality packed into a small body. I’m curious, loving, and just the right mix of cuddly and playful. My favorite things include belly rubs, puzzle feeders, stealing my foster brother’s ball so he’ll chase me, and following my people from room to room—I just want to be where you are. I’m already a pro at loose-leash walks when I’m with my foster brother, and I’m working on gaining confidence when I walk solo. I’m smart, food-motivated, and very responsive to my humans, so I’d love to keep learning with you—structured training sounds like a fun challenge! Potty training is almost there (about 90%), which is impressive considering I just learned about it a few days ago. I’m trying hard and learning fast. I love other dogs and can hold my own with the big ones—my personality is larger than life! A playful dog friend would be great for me, but I could also thrive as your one-and-only if you’re active and ready to keep me engaged. Just know I might occasionally nip your heels—occupational hazard for a little heeler like me. Even with my high energy, I know when to relax. I nap like a champ, sleep through the night in my crate, and only make noise when I’m really excited to see you. The neighbors say I’m quiet when home alone. Some things still make me nervous—like TVs or staircases—but once I settle in, I’ll be confidently strutting around like I own the place. ##2404114##
