He’s a shy little guy at first, taking his time to get comfortable with new people and surroundings—but once he feels safe, his sweet and gentle personality begins to shine.He gets along well with other dogs and may find comfort in having a calm canine companion by his side. Trader is the kind of pup who watches the world quietly at first, then slowly starts to show you just how much love he has to give. He enjoys soft pets, quiet moments, and will thrive in a patient home where he’s allowed to build trust at his own pace.If you’re looking for a soft-spoken friend with a heart full of potential, Trader might be the perfect match.**********Before being rescued, many of our dogs had limited socialization, so they may need some time to adjust to life as a family pet. Older kids are often a great fit for our dogs, and homes with younger children will be considered based on each dog’s individual needs. Skills like house training and leash walking may take a little extra patience and practice. However, with time and a gentle approach, most of these dogs adapt quickly.
