My story

I’m Gardenia, a sweet, playful girl looking for my forever home where I can truly blossom.I came to the Humane Society of York County as a stray. I’m a medium-size girl of 35 to 40 pounds, but I’m working on putting on a few more pounds. My estimated birth date is May 2022.I’m a playful, affectionate girl and I love playing and getting pets from my human friends at the rescue. I’m new to the rescue and haven’t yet made canine friends. I can be a little nervous around other dogs I encounter on my walks.I’m an excellent leash walker with my humans. I can be a little timid when I meet a new person, but I warm up soon. I love people!
