My story

Hi, we're Baxter & Lily – two hearts, one forever home! I’m Baxter, a sweet and affectionate senior guy, and this lovely lady by my side is my sister Lily. We’ve spent our whole lives together, and we’re looking for a forever home where we can stay that way. We’re a bonded pair, which means wherever I go, Lily goes too – and trust us, two dogs means double the love! We were recently surrendered through no fault of our own, and even though life has changed, our spirits haven’t. We’re both gentle, loving, and well-mannered. I’m the outgoing one who loves attention and playing outside, and Lily is the calm, nurturing soul who keeps an eye on everything. Together, we make the perfect team. We’re great with kids and other dogs, and we’ve got that wonderful senior dog vibe – loyal, relaxed, and full of love! The only thing we’re not too fond of? Cats. We’d do best in a cat-free home where we can soak up all the love and attention we’ve been missing.
