My story

Hi! I’m Bitsy. Do you love cream cheese? I sure do! It’s my favorite treat. Other things I love include playing with my canine foster siblings and sitting quietly next to my foster mom’s chair while she works. I even share occasional kisses!Bitsy is a beautiful, 1 year old, brindle and white colored, mix of a few different breeds including Bernese Mountain Dog, Poodle and various Bully breeds (we did a DNA test)! Bitsy is housebroken, and does not shed much or bark excessively. She hasn’t chewed on anything other than doggy-approved toys in her foster home. She is left loose in her own private room in the house while her humans are away.Bitsy gets along fabulously with other dogs but is wary of strangers. She will need a quiet home with a patient adopter who can give her the time and space she needs to open up. Having another friendly dog in the home will help boost her confidence. A fenced yard is highly recommended as she gets overstimulated on walks.
