My story

Ellie Mae is a super sweet girl that has had a very rough road. She was found in a ditch and had been shot in the leg and chest. Luckily our girl is a fighter and she stayed with us. A wonderful foundation paid for orthopedic surgery for her to repair her front leg that had been shattered by the bullet. She is in the process of getting the pins out and starting to use her leg a little at a time. Despite all this, she loves people and attention! She is great with other dogs . Ellie is housetrained and crate trained. We would love to get her a home of her own where she can continue to heal from her incident. She will need someone that can take it slow with her leg until she is a !00%. Please let us know if you would like to give this girl a loving home and a new start! Our application is found at www.southcentralbloodhounds.org/adoption. Thank you!

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Ellie Mae, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
