My story

Name: CayenneBreed: Domestic ShorthairAge: 2 years oldGender: FemaleSize: MediumAbout Cayenne:Cayenne is a stunning orange beauty with a warm personality to match. Friendly and independent, she enjoys human attention but doesn`t demand it. She recently finished raising a litter of five adorable kittens in foster care and is now ready for her own fresh start. Cayenne loves lounging in sunny spots and watching birds out the window — she’s a quiet observer with a gentle soul.Ideal Home:Cayenne would thrive in a home where she can enjoy a mix of companionship and independence. She’s a great match for someone looking for a low-key feline friend. She’s a bit unsure around other cats, so any introductions should be slow and thoughtful. She might prefer being your one-and-only, but could coexist peacefully with a calm, respectful cat.Litter Box Habits:Cayenne is fully litter trained and neat in her space.Favourites:Birdwatching from the windowQuiet cuddle time on her termsHaving her own cozy spot to unwindDislikes:Fast introductions to other catsLoud or overly busy environmentsAdditional Notes:Cayenne came to us as a stray mom, and now that her kittens are weaned and adopted, she’s ready to enjoy the relaxed, secure life she deserves. She’s a fantastic cat for someone who appreciates a sweet, mellow companion with a touch of sass and a lot of heart. How to Adopt:If you’re interested in adopting, please visit us at 107 McLaughlin Road, Lindsay, Tuesday to Sunday from 11 am–6 pm, contact us by email at info@hskl.ca, or call 705-878-4618.
