My story

Bio: Does your lap feel a little too empty? Is your chest a bit too cold when you lie down? Are you sensing a tiny, feline-shaped void in your home? Good news: Sapphire is here to fill it: with love, cuddles, and unmatched charm. Sapphire is a professional snuggler and the most polite houseguest you could ever imagine. Her favorite pastimes include lounging on top of you, requesting head scratches, gently grooming your fingers, and indulging in tasty treats. While she's a calm queen most of the time, she does enjoy batting around a mouse toy or nibbling on silvervine when the mood strikes. She spent her first couple weeks in foster care quietly tucked away in the bathroom cupboard, but now she’s fully bloomed into the monarch of the couch. Every night, she curls up behind her foster mom's back to sleep, like a warm little guardian. She’s even tried to cuddle with the resident dog, though he’s still learning to appreciate her affectionate advances. Guests are greeted with a regal nod and, if they’re polite, the chance to offer her a churu and a scratch under the chin. Sapphire is impeccably well-mannered: she’s tidy with the litter box, respectful of your home, and doesn’t cause any mischief. She would thrive as your one-and-only feline companion, but she’s also open to sharing space with a calm dog or potentially even other kitties! If you’re looking for a loving, low-maintenance companion who’s all heart, Sapphire may be your perfect match. Dog sociability: Yes, with proper introduction and a respectful pup! Lives with a gentle small dog. Cat sociability: Yes, with proper introduction! Kid sociability: Possibly older children that can take things at her pace! Likes: Treats, mouse toy, scratches Dislikes: Loud noises, sudden movements The adoption fee is $100. All cats are up to date on vaccines, spayed/neutered, and microchipped.
