Willy

My story

Willy is such an interesting mix of maybe Jack Russel Terrier with a rough coat and our best guess is Herding breed. He’s 3 years old and 18 pounds, house broken, excellent in his crate, food, toy and especially ball motivated. Willy spends most of his free time entertaining himself with plush toys. He loves shaking them and throwing them around. He enjoys chewing on bones and cuddling with his humans. Will is just starting to play with other dogs and is definitely a follower and will mimic other dog’s behaviors. Will is starting to play tug and it’s really helping his fetch game! We feel he would do best in a home with herding dog experience where Will can get lots of exercise. He will also do best with older kids who can understand him. While Willy does show some herding behaviors with his humans, like gently mouthing hands and feet, he is easily redirected onto toys or bones.
