My story

Squeaky is a 7 year old tabby girl with beautiful big eyes. She needs to be adopted with Peaches as they have lived together nearly all their lives and love cuddling each other. Two cats are always better than one so if you have been looking for a bonded pair, these two sweet gals may be just what you have been waiting for. Squeaky is more timid than her sister and will need more of an adjustment period to a new home so patience will be important for her success. She is more independent than Peaches but is still very sweet and will likely sleep with her new family if allowed once she gets comfortable. Squeaky enjoys sitting on top of her cat tree and watching all the fun things to see outside. She is a pretty quiet cat and is very skittish around children especially if they are loud. A home with only older children or adults and a quiet setting will be the best setting. She is also afraid of the dog noises from an upstairs level of her current home so a home without dogs will be important. Both of these sweet girls have lived in a small, cozy bedroom with their original mom who passed away unfortunately about a year ago and are used to the quiet of a relaxed home. She enjoys being petted once she knows she is in a safe space but will still appreciate some alone time. She isn’t a fan of being picked up but that’s pretty common for many cats. She will definitely hide when strangers arrive or when there are loud noises. Can you be the new family for these two sweet, timid gals? Ask about them today and help them blossom with a new, fresh start.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Squeaky, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
