My story

Buddha is a 4-year-old tan and white gentleman who initially takes a little time to feel comfortable. At first, he was quick to hide in the corner when approached, but once he came out of his kennel, his social side blossomed. He’s shy and cautious in new places and with new people but has shown he can enjoy walks and meaningful interactions with staff and volunteers. Buddha has a history of successfully living with both cats and kids. Because he tends to be careful in unfamiliar situations, a calm home with a consistent routine and older, respectful children would be the best fit for him. With patience and a quiet environment, Buddha can truly shine.
