He was living the good life in a loving home, but when his owner fell ill, Norm was returned to Second Chance with a heavy heart. Now, this gentle giant is looking for his next forever family.Like any true hound, Norm is a talker—he’s not shy about letting you know when he misses you! He thrives on companionship and wants nothing more than to be close to his people. If someone has caught your eye and you wish to arrange a meet and greet, we do need you to fill out the adoption application. When your adoption application is received our screening team will verify the information given. Once your application has been confirmed and approved, we will be send it over to the foster parent for review to determine if your home is a good match for the dog. In the event one lucky dog receives multiple applications, please know we do not select based on a first come basis. We try our best to select the best-fit for our animals and families. ***
