My story

Pebbles (Batman) is a gentle, precious FLOOF! His kitten self started appearing on a feeder's porch at the end of last summer and quickly became a regular. Never without a cat buddy, he was an easy sidekick to any community cat who would have him. A few months ago, he looked like he needed some help with a gooey eye, and we intervened. He was not easily contained (hence, his name: Batman), but once he was treated and neutered, he began adjusting to indoor kitty life. Batman lights up around other cats and can't wait to squeak at them, play with their tails, and nuzzle them. Lucky for us, he's beginning to come around similarly to his human friends. Once he gets to know you, his love language is pets and purring loudly. Batman is still on the timid side, but will fly out of his shell when there's other cats around; With both cats and humans, we've never witnessed any aggression at all - just gentleness and sweetness. **He will absolutely be his best self with a cat buddy, and we believe having a feline friend is a must.** Quite literally an angel, Batman would be perfect for someone patient, gentle and loving. Put on your Bat Signal and meet this sweet floof today! Pebbles (Batman) is around a year old and is neutered, FeLV and FIV negative, current on shots, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped, and litter box trained. He is affectionate, curious, gentle, playful, quiet, and smart. Adoption fee: $100 (plus tax)

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Pebbles “Batman” Horst, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
