My story

Flarp’s Compatibility:Dogs - Meet & GreetCats - TBDKids - YesFlarp is calm, sweet, and absolutely full of love. He’s been with us for a month now, and everyone who’s met him has fallen for him fast. Flarp is the kind of dog who just gets it. He’s mellow, polite, and so easy to have around. He loves lounging outside on the deck, splashing in the kiddie pool when it’s hot, and going for leisurely walks. He’s great on the leash, rides calmly in the car, and doesn’t bark just for the sake of it. Basically, he’s a total dream.Flarp is crate trained, mostly potty trained, and very food motivated, which makes him a joy to work with. He’s done well with routines and settles in easily. When it’s mealtime, he prefers a little space and privacy, so giving him room while he eats helps him feel secure. He hasn’t been formally dog-tested yet due to some early stress, but he’s relaxed a lot since then and doesn’t pay much attention to the dogs around him. If you have a dog at home, our team will help introduce them to make sure it`s a good fit.His favorite people? Definitely the guys, but he’s friendly with everyone once he knows you`re kind. He enjoys baths (yes, really), melts in the presence of calm energy, and gives off a quiet gratitude that’s hard to put into words.Flarp is the best kind of dog. He’s gentle, affectionate, and just wants to belong. If you’re looking for a well-mannered companion with a heart of gold, come meet him. He’s ready!

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Flarp (in foster), please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
