My story

All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, shots current (DHPP, Bordetella and Rabies where applicable), dewormed, flea and tick treated, and microchipped.  * If you are interested in a dog, please first read the biography on the dog (keep scrolling down for the bio!) and then go to our website, www.dpsrescue.com for an application. Our adoption fees vary. Each biography will specifically list the adoption fee.Adoption Fee: $650 Meet the Generation AI Puppies: Now Available for Download... Err, Adoption  Straight from Silicon Valley’s most adorable R&D department (a.k.a. Momma Gen AI), we bring you the Generation AI Puppies—an elite litter of 7 prototype-level pups ready to launch into your life. Born from a 30lb Lab-mix affectionately known as a Mini Lab or Lab 2.0, these puppies have inherited her sleek design, compact build, and high emotional bandwidth. These babies are more than just cute—they're smart, socialized, and API-compatible with dogs, cats, and kids! At just 8 weeks old, these pups already have a solid operating system in place. Their day starts at 5AM sharp (don’t worry, you’ll learn to love coffee), followed by a rigorous play-testing session. After a brief shutdown for sleep, they boot back up at 7:30AM for more interactive simulations (aka, chew toys and tail-chasing). Lunchtime hits around 12:30PM, and if the sun is out, you’ll find them debugging the yard and sunbathing like little solar panels. Dinner at 8:30PM is followed by their final Zoomies patch before winding down in their open-access x-pen suite (yes, bathroom access included). Like any well-rounded development team, this crew has a diverse range of specialties. Let us introduce the squad: Grok The wild child and head of R&D (Romp & Destruction), Grok is the instigator of chaos—in the best way. If there’s a new toy, he’s the first to beta test it (and possibly destroy it). Adventurous, bold, and often seen recruiting the others into his schemes, Grok is your go-to if you're looking for a puppy with leadership potential... and a little bit of edge. Claude The Cuddle Bot 3000. Claude is a leader, yes, but a soft one. He’s the kind of pup who’ll outsmart his siblings in a puzzle game and then crawl into your lap for snuggles like the sweet genius he is. Claude will lead your heart straight into maximum mush-mode. Co-Pilot Your loyal sidekick in all things snack and adventure. Co-Pilot is the foodie of the crew—first in line at mealtime and willing to follow you to the ends of the Earth... or at least the kitchen. He’s confident, cuddly, and ready to navigate life with you. Siri Siri hears all, sees all, and somehow manages to still look cute doing it. Another strong personality in the bunch, Siri is observant, curious, and quick to take the lead—especially if there’s something new to investigate or boss around. Gemini Gemini is the classic 'wait and see' type—sweet, thoughtful, and chill. While not the first to jump into the fray, he’s always watching and will join in once he’s sure things aren’t too chaotic (or embarrassing). A perfect sidekick for someone who appreciates a more introspective pup with a goofy streak. Perplexity Originally the shy one, Perplexity spent the first few days trying to understand why humans wear pants. But now? He’s a total goofball. He's got big 'surprise party' energy—quiet one moment, zooming around like a squirrel on espresso the next. He also once napped so hard he drooled on a toy and then tried to wrestle it. 10/10. LLaMA Tiny, fluffy, and mysterious. LLaMA has consistently been the shyest of the crew, but that just means you’ll get the joy of watching her bloom into her best self. She’s a fan of low-drama environments, cozy corners, and long naps. If you love an underdog (pun intended), she’s your girl. Each one of these pups is ready to plug into a forever home and start syncing their heartbeats with yours. With their Mini-Lab size, Einstein-level intelligence, and tech-themed charm, they’re practically open source love. Apply now and upgrade your life to Puppy 2.0May 21, 2025, 10:45 pm
