Michonne

My story

Michonne is one of the sweetest puppies youll ever meet! Shes spunky and has lots of personality. This girl loves all of the dogs in her foster home and does well with the dog savvy cats there too. Michonne would do well with or without other canine companions as long as she gets quality time with her human! She possesses all of the wonderful qualities a pet companion should have. Michonne enjoys the outdoors but loves to come in and cuddle up with her foster mom every chance she gets. Shes already potty trained when shes kept on a consistent schedule. She always keeps her crate clean and does well sleeping in it but shes vocal when shes ready to go potty. Michonne weighs about 25 pounds at 5 months old and has an adorable short, squatty body type. Based on the photos we've seen, we believe that her mom was a 20-pound Rat Terrier mix and her dad a 50-pound Coonhound or Beagle mix. DNA results pending! We're actively seeking a foster-to-adopt home for Michonne so that that she doesn't have to wait until she completes her vet care on 5/29 to be with her forever family. Foster-to-adopt homes must be in the Lexington, KY area and adopters must be able to transport to/from vet appointments in Lexington. We offer a discounted adoption fee for foster-to-adopt.
