My story

Meet McKee – a tiny but striking 2-year-old beauty with mesmerizing eyes and a personality to match! Found living as a stray in Houston, McKee has left her street days behind and is now ready to find a forever home full of love, treats, and vertical space. This friendly girl lives for pets and will happily show her appreciation with a full biscuit-making session. She’s quite the adventurer, often spotted surveying her kingdom from the highest perch on the cat climbing wall—but don’t worry, she’ll scamper right down the moment you walk in the room to say hello. McKee is incredibly social and very food motivated (she’s not picky—she’ll happily eat just about anything you offer!). She's happy to hop into your lap whenever she can and will gladly settle in for cuddles, purring and making biscuits the whole time. She chirps and chats on occasion, but she’s not overly vocal apart from car rides. When it comes to playtime, McKee is both independent and interactive—she’ll entertain herself but loves a good play session with her humans too. McKee gets along well with other cats and may do just fine with a mellow, cat-friendly dog. She’d be happiest in a calm, predictable home without young kiddos, where she can settle in at her own pace. Got snacks, a soft lap, and maybe a tall cat tree or two? McKee’s bags are packed (okay, she doesn’t have bags, just big dreams). Come meet her—you just might fall in love.
