My story

I am at Oakland Animal Services in kennel Dog Adoption:6Meet Motor – your next velvety-soft adventure buddy! Motor is a 58-pound adult Pittie boy with a sweet, people-oriented nature and a growing skillset of good manners. He’s the perfect balance of affectionate energy and responsive charm. Lovely leash manners: Walks calmly without pulling, making strolls together a joy. Interactive: Responsive to your “sit,” “down,” and “paw,” cues, in return for your treats and your attention. Affectionate leaner: Loves to be close—leans his whole torso into your lap for scritches and pets. Treat gentle: Takes treats gently generally, even though he may get too enthusiastic about it sometimes. Puppyish energy: Can get jumpy when excited, but is very responsive to redirection and settles down quickly. Motor would thrive in a home that offers continued guidance and love, whether with a well-matched dog friend or as your one-and-only pup.
