My story

Jennifer (approximately 81 pounds) was transferred to the NHSPCA from an overcrowded shelter in Alabama. These glorious senior queen is known for being extremely sweet, ridiculously charming, and hilariously goofy. She is a bit overweight - shhhh, we don't want to hurt a lady's feelings! - and is looking for a person or family who can help her continue her weight loss journey. Jennifer walks well on leash and enjoys strolling around the neighborhood as she makes friends wherever she goes. Her fan club spans two states at this point - everyone falls in love with her silliness and affectionate nature. We do not know if Jennifer ever lived with other dogs, but she has been friendly & non-reactive to the dogs that she has encountered here. She is a magnificent girl who cannot wait to entertain you and cuddle you!If you'd like to meet Jennifer and all her friends at the New Hampshire SPCA, please visit our Adoption Center during our open hours: 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. every day except Wednesdays (closed).
